Fine Print- things to know in general!

Junk Hauling is an easy Same Day service- You call us this morning, and the project may be done by this afternoon.  While with dumpsters we can often deliver the same or next day, it's up to you to get that work done!

Also with dumpsters- there are some risks.  very new and older driveways may sustain damage from dumpsters.  (heavy equipment should not be put on a brand new driveway for a year).

Also- if you have neighbors that might "help" fill the dumpster, you will be responsible for the cost of the items they put in there.  No matter what company you use, make sure you understand the terms and conditions.  TVs, Mattresses, Air Conditioners, and Tires all carry extra fees, some companies really inflate these fees well over what they need to.

Additionally, all dumpster companies have overweight surcharges.  if it rains or snows, and that adds extra weight, you are responsible for that cost.  Rain, typically all drains out the back of the dumpster, unless it is absorbed into the materials you are throwing into the dumpster.  Wood won't really absorb much water- Drywall will!
